LLA is recruiting a Part-Time Administrator (Home Based – Remote Working).

Logistics Learning Alliance Ltd is a UK registered Training Provider specialising in Humanitarian and Commercial Logistics Training delivered by Distance Learning. We provide a wide range of different programmes, including Regulated and Accredited Qualifications, alongside a variety of short courses and bespoke training.

We are currently seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team.

We are looking for a candidate with a mature and responsible attitude with excellent all-round experience of working in an Administration Role.  You will be conscientious, hardworking and dedicated, able to work on own your initiative and be able to deal with people at all levels.  You will also be a team player and a problem solver.  You will be articulate, empathetic as well as commercially aware. 

The role is a remote working position working 24 hours per week. 6 hours per day, 4 days out of 5.

Each 6-hour day includes a 30-minute paid break. The role includes a holiday entitlement of 20 days plus bank holidays.

The salary for this position is £15,000 per annum.

LLA pay a yearly performance related bonus.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The successful candidate will be able to work from home but must be able to work in a distraction free environment as they will be expected to make/receive calls and attend meetings using Microsoft Teams and Zoom throughout the working day.

Candidate Key Skills

Essential

  • Understanding of GDPR and its requirements.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an Administration Role.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams etc.) in an Administration Role
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Excellent Time Management skills.
  • Highly Motivated.
  • Strong Attention to Detail.
  • Maths and English at GCSE Grade C or above (or Equivalent)

Desirable (not essential to the position)

  • Background within Education and Training
  • Experience of Working with Awarding Organisations.
  • French Language Skills
  • Experience with Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Xero.
