To gain the IoSCM Level 5 Diploma, students must complete one core unit and any other three units from Core or Optional:

Movement of Goods

This unit includes Principles & practices in relation to the movement of goods, The characteristics of goods & the impact on their handling and Considerations that influence the flow of goods.

Procurement Management

This unit includes Key roles of management, Impact of legislation, Working relationships with suppliers and Effective negotiating skills.

Production Management

This unit includes Production planning, sales planning & forecasting, Master scheduling terminology, Manufacturing & control systems and Improve planning performance.

Port and Shipping Management

This unit includes Shipping & international trade, Business strategy in shipping, Port operations management and Agile ports & port development.

Inventory

This unit includes Purpose of inventory management, Fixed period & fixed quantity models, Effect of inventory management on the supply chain and Modern inventory systems.
